Chris ,is it cheating if your spouse knows and has no objections? Some how I think perhaps Hillery and Bill have an understanding.She is to strong a woman to put up with this otherwise. Just a thought.

Well it doesnt define my definition of cheating if Hillary and Bill agreed that their marriage would be an "open" one. I suspect that is the case.
