Your thinking is the 2nd week of Sept. that we're in for one hell of a rally? Will be talking to the bank this week to open a mortgage and inconspicuously fix the funds on the market. Done it before and with rates as low as they are right now, why not? Believe a very nice rally will come, imo sooner. Some bargain basement prices out there right now.

Would you be willing to share a few picks you've got in your sites??? Would you put in some limits to buy in case we get a panic sell-off and can't be there to watch the price action?
