Richard,

My comments about OTC-BB stocks centered on the manipulation they suffer and the fact that they are, as companies, under capitalized to begin with or they wouldn't be raising capital in the inefficient BB market. This is the worst market to be in if you don't have the earnings to defend your stock. Many BB companies only thrive when the press releases are coming right and left. They act this way because they have negative earnings and need to deflect market attention away from their income statements. But eventually reality catches up and the manipulation takes over. The MMs love this market simply because it is inefficient and they can play a stock up and down almost at will.

I insulted no investors just those who are not investing but gambling.

Big Foot:

This field can be pumped or swabbed. This was always known, Xeric Oil did it before Oilex took the leases. But it has to do with lifting and operating costs. If you lower lifting and operating costs you can better withstand the see-saw of oil price fluctuations. Swabbing lowers lifting/operating costs to around $5 a barrel from $7 to $8 with pump jacks. With low volume wells with a low water cut swabbing may be the better solution. To re-equip Big Foot for pump jacks would be 10 times the cost of adding additional swabbing units. For pump jacks you have to run down hole tubing, sucker rods, pump jacks, electric motors, power distribution upgrades, reconnect in field flow lines to the storage batteries, etc.
