We had that 1 mil share day last week

I don't know how many more of them we'll
see before I can make a profit on my
short term trading gambit. Still holding
since 6-1/8 in the hopes of a 1/2 profit.

I hope OPTi's getting in on this profitable trend:

11/03 Dvorak column PCMag:

Brand-Name Mania Dept.: Look for the sound-card companies to employ a
classic brand-name strategy. Creative Labs may be a brand name to you and
me, but it will never be the same as, say, Altec Lansing or Bose. Some PC
companies are adopting the idea of adding such brand-name speakers to their
machines in the same way car makers added classic brand-name speakers to
car stereos.

The next logical step is to bring out sound cards with the same classic brands
attached. If a sound card had the Polk Audio or Cambridge SoundWorks name,
it would soon be the hot ticket over, say, Diamond or even Creative Labs. A lot of
these companies are working on joint ventures, and some are developing a
standalone strategy. I just wonder which will be first on the market.
