The focus of the lawsuit should be the board of directors, not SCI Miller has plenty of money, a large mansion and luxury cars. That's our money gentlemen. I know that the majority of his $$$ is offshore now but we should still make sure that he doesn't get away. This is more fraudulent than Livent or Bre-X IMHO. If he gets us listed... that's great. It still doesnot erase the fact that he broke his fiduciary duty to all of us...fake news releases, offshore dumping, not cooperating with the BCSC...is this in our best interest? Let's stop talking and get moving....I've consulted several lawyers, none of which are willing to work on a contingency basis. If someone has access to such a person, let's get organized and establish a separate e-mail address for disgruntled SCI shareholders as opposed to letting MIller see all of our correspondance here at SI.
