Brad, There were quotes in a news article I read and supported by another article. I suppose I should have copied. It was a response from a hedge fund manager saying that the HKMAs actions gave them new opportunities to short and that the $HK should be traded on the currency markets instead of being pegged to the $US. The other article was similar, but stated that the governments intervention would not stop a concentrated effort by the funds to break the peg. I don't remember if this was a fund manager or not. I will try to find the articles and post them here. Ron
