Mitch, Information posted is more current than any that I had prior to reading the 10Q and more current than any I had seen discussed here. The point of SI is to allow investors to freely share information with a view to helping other investors make timely decisions. Posting accurate information from a company's 10Q, IMO, fully supports that objective. Re Patent dispute: Prior to the 10Q, I was unaware of the General Signal / Applied Materials connection. What the likelihood of a material adverse impact may or may not be, is something that more investors will be in a better position to judge having this information. Same is true re forward looking statement on Revenues. Do you object to my posting accurate information while it is current? Ian.
