Tanner,

Maybe you have CyberTrader mixed up with their (lite version) CyberT, because you've got the order entry stuff all wrong!

I just started with Cyber and the order execution system is very good! Sure you can do the mouse thing (just like MB) if you want. But, don't know why you would, since the programmed keyboard is faster than anything out there. Instead of screwing around with a mouse and scrolling through ECN options, etc., I can execute an order with the MM window open by selecting from all of the options labeled on my keyboard. It is much faster than the mouse (by a few seconds IMO), plus I can select my ECN or order option on the fly (as I determine which is best), as opposed to one that it preset in my mouse window and may or may not be the best option when I decide to buy/sell.

So, I don't know, maybe you're using CyberT instead of CyberTrader or maybe you're not using version 1.6 or maybe you slapping Cyber to make somebody else look better (boy wouldn't that be a first on Silicon Investor), whatever, please get the facts correct!

Hey, and anyway, the reality is both systems are better than the skills of most of the traders who use them. <ggg>

Brent

Tanner,

You can run several MarketMaker boxes (windows) and execute instantly and easily from any of them, either by pointing your mouse or by using keyboard commands (which is much easier and quicker, imho).

For detailed training on these and other useful CyberTrader features, I suggest you contact the training personnel at CyberBroker and ask for assistance.

From your comments about executing trades in CyberTrader, I find it difficult to believe you are actually using it. Fact is, the only way you can make a trade in CT is by using a MM box. No other way as far as I know. If you don't know how to do this, it's likely there are other features you aren't familiar with, too.

Good luck,

Bill
