I guess I should not have used SMTK to benchmark or compare for DCTC price valuation. I wonder if the revenue multiples thrown around can be applied to run-rates? I always thought for valuation the revenue multiples were applicable to historical revenues?

Look at CYOE. They seem to be more fairly valued @ $8 and note their acc deficit. They have half the number of shares outstanding (appr 10mm), but approximately the same shareholders equity. For comparison purposes, their continuing operations are not profitable like ours. Annualizing the most recent quarter's reveunes gives you around $30MM, giving them a price to revenue ratio of about 2.6. Therefore, I think our use of 2.5 is fair. If you use a conservative run-rate of $50MM and outstanding shares of 27mm, times 2.5 this essentially values us at $4.6.
