du gen, seems to me that the first thing any attorney would advise if there was a case for litigation (or even arbitration) would be 'silence'. that fact speaks volumes to me. as for the reverse, clearly csma has demonstrated it's willingness to adjust plans as deemed necessary. maybe they'll reconsider (at least the size) <vbg>. as always, i'm most concerned with news on the status of the well. i believe the company is doing everything possible to get this resolved. if they are not willing to compromise on selection of the contractor then there must be a reason for that. and again, this one has been reviewed from all angles with no reason found to doubt the company's decision. so unless something of substance is presented to change my perspective, i'm still here and holding. regards. gary
