I have no "proof" only suspicious activity on this and other threads involving the other aliases you control or post with:Message 5453343 New or prospective investors deserve to be warned of the history with your group of interests DGIV,MTEI,INFE etc. I have fallen to your sword of hype-bash-hype-bash-insolvency. Let my group of unwary lemmings be the last to suffer at your hands; let us be the last victims to pass through your insinkerator of broken dreams. >And you think you can just throw this personal crap out there, and then say let's >"bury the hatchet" and not suffer any consequences. Well, you libeled the wrong >guy, mister! A rationally drawn conclusion is not libel. It is a possible theory (which I feel true) that is backed by facts and a well documented history of activity on these threads. If you fear that documentation then perhaps you should erase the hard drives and back-ups that comprise the record. But, let us not resort to legal recourse; that would involve many dollars, years and lawyers for both of us. Instead, let us confine our combat to the court of rational debate.--debate of such topics as compensation of foreign governments for contracts drawn. I read with interest the 1st newsletter Rocketeer1 included in his synopsis of DGIV's history, particularly Jimmy Chin's message to shareholders:"The last two months have seen the Company secure partners anxious to move ahead with delivering international long distance services from Europe, Russia, Australia, and Indonesia. The Company's associates have done a great job in Australia, Vietnam, and the Philippines to raise Digitcom's profile in those countries." and"I know that Digitcom's involved stockholders have helped insulate us from some of the ups and downs that many Bulletin Board companies endure." I feel the "involved stockholders" are in all likelihood comprised of these foreign interests themselves. Perhaps these foreign governments are being compensated for the contracts in shares of DGIV and intend to profit not from the long term fruition of the contracts, but from short term appreciation of shares they received as remuneration. If that is the case, then who is to say that the promoters aren't paid foreign operatives of third world dictatorships? Intriguing isn't it ("insulate us from the ups and downs") that R1 and his ilk may have an R45 value to Vietnam and Qatar's short-term profit from shares. Bird
