Dear Jan: Again, I agree with you completely. I think this is a massive overreaction by management and their counsel. It is my guess (and only that) that we are dealing with a relatively naive management when it comes to being a public company and that is heightened with what appears to be an overly cautious counsel. Sooner or later they got to come out of the woods and either bring us a rabbit or be taken to the woodshed for a licking. Just have to wait and see the outcome. JDN
