Ecsoft group plc is a nasdaq traded company ( symbol ecsgy ). It closed Friday at 26 5/8. There is also a thread here on SI, although there are only 6 posts and the last one was Nov. 18 1997. Don't know if you all knew this info but this Ecsoft sounds like a pretty solid co. to me.

What also is very EXCITING is that for the last two years they have been installing there equipment and technology in casinos, Located in the United Kingdom which is one of ECsofts Group locations. If this DEAL is for-real you will see record volumes tomorrow morning and through out the day with a steady rise in stock price. If the deal is announced you will see a nice spike to the upside! JMHO Good Luck
