Unfounded 8k worries

I spoke yesterday with an investor who panicked and sold most of his position Friday over worries that Castle Creek and others were manipulating the stock due to terms of the 8k. He saw the price going down and didn't have time to thoroughly check it out for himself. He just reacted to negative posts on the internet.

On Saturday he spent over two hours going through the 8k and concluded that it would not do Castle Creek any good to drive the price down now, and was angry about misinformation on the threads and angry at himself.

We may have more margin selling, but the effect could be small compared with the number of investors who conclude that the stock is oversold and will see this as a buying opportunity.

I remember when the stock was in the high 9's and we had much less evidence such as production schedules, number of OEM's testing, product data sheets, hiring of production personnel, statements by the CEO that NI equipment is operational and line 1 alone, conservatively, can make a profit, that the closest chance of being obsoleted is from Valence's own next version etc.

We are obviously in far better shape now and as of Friday's close, can buy the stock under $5.

I noticed earlier in the summer that this thread was moving along very
peacefully with point and counterpoint until Visnic started posting. Then
a majority of posts became confrontational and degenerated to insults
and arguments over minutia that completely obscured overall perspective and
longer term goals.
Visnic is a very lonely, emotionally bankrupt individual who craves
attention. It's unfortunate. If you feel a compassionate desire to help him,
then I'd suggest personal E-mail, but responding to his posts on the thread
only entangles everyone else. If you ignore his posts, he'll eventually go away. IMO
