"I've been told that you're the person running the Stockjustice and Pennypicks websites. " Where's the secret? I been posting for both sites. Stock Justice I'm heavily involved with, not my site. Penny Picks is my responsibility. Both sites are owned by a Mark Schellenberger, you can find this out easy through InterNic. And there was no secret on PennyPicks, I posted numerous messages and sent plenty of e-mails to the MTEI e-mail list explaining Penny Picks. And there are at least 150 people at SI who can verify this. Where's the wrongdoing in this? "Funny, really: first Pennypicks was promoting MTEI; " Funny? No not at all, may be for you it is. Sure Penny Picks was featuring MTEI, not hyping, not "you better buy" just featuring it while it was thought to still be a good play. Where's the wrongdoing in this? "now Stockjustice wants to sue." No, wrong, the shareholders want to sue, Stock Justice is organizing them, and last I check 154 of them. Where's the wrongdoing in this? "Many questions were asked right here about the person/organization behind Pennypicks. They were never answered. I learned of your involvement in a PM." " Why, exactly, don't you feel it's appropriate to explain your connection to these sites to your fellow investors? " Already do this, since you are not one of my "fellow investors" you would not know this. "This seems to me just a tad hypocritical, especially given your outrage at MTEI's misleading press releases." Maybe to you it "seems" this way, but not to me. I'm a handshake type of guy, all my real estate transactions I almost feel guilty to sign the contracts, but it must be done. Tell me the truth and do not mislead me or I will do a 180 with a furry. And not once did someone ask me if I was responsible for Penny Picks and I said "no". Any more questions? Send them along. LH
