Anna, Many points well made and appreciated by this poster. Who knows maybe my backside will begin to cool off and heal... VBG I have requested information regarding Mr. Pierce's case. The court docket which I understand contains the pleadings is enroute. I believe it is public information and can be posted ; I plan to do so but will seek counsel before doing so. It will take some time but I plan to post the court dockets in their entirety as soon as I can get them scanned into a file. Someone has offered me their services but it will take time, so to all I ask your patience and indulgence. If someone else has a scanner and the information in hand and would be gracious and post them now that would be greatly appreciated by all. For any interested I did go through the Federal Court in Denver and then the District Court to gain access to this information. I was told they DO NOT FAX information but would mail it to me for a nominal fee to cover the cost of copying and postage. I was told they would include a statement of charges in the information package. Jeez, why do would we want to stop respecting others at the end of one week? I say make it a habit. Read and re read what is addressed in a post and do the same with all replies, in other words edit content. It is human nature to counter attack anyone who viciously attracts first. By remembering this should do much to contain the hate and discontent displayed on the thread. No stone should be left unturned; anything and anyone connected to the company (not just this one but all) should be examined up close and personal to get to the bottom of what went wrong be it legally or ethically. Wrong doing should not be tolerated at any level. We the shareholders have a right to expect this. However, this does not give anyone license to attack every aspect of the individuals life; only such actions and / or conduct effecting the stock, company or the shareholders should be addressed. When honest questions are asked let them be addressed by the person whose response was solicited; all should be accountable and answer for themselves. There is no need for a pack of hounds to aid and defend. Attack the messenger is IMHO a tactic for avoiding the truth that will eventually come out anyway; whatever it is or whom it involves. It is time to scrape and fan the charred backsides and heal. It is time to all pull the same wagon. It is time to question all and defend none. But, most of all as Anna, so aptly pointed out; we are all shareholders who have or could suffer tremendous loss of money, dreams and friendships. There is nothing like money to spark a heated, no holds barred debate. Not only has it been said that money is the root of all evil; it also is a fact of life that the same filthy lucre is a necessity to pay for the dreams we each hold dear. Dusty
