Larry, Perhaps offering to buy if they did not want to pledge might spark interest in the company. Let's say ABC fund has 1,000,000 shares and did not want to pledge, then Charles or whoever could offer them $0.01 for each of their shares pending purchaser approval. He could get back to us or arrange this ahead of time. A $10,000 influx to the fund company is nothing to sneeze at if they believe the stock to be worthless. Wildcat Does anyone have trouble "Submit Response". Sometime when I try it just says that it is awaiting reply.
