I can't tell you the company's thinking in doing the $15MM and the $35MM, but they certainly decided that the holder-controlled floorless characteristics were not desirable when they did the $85MM financing. I hate to be repetitious, but, as I pointed out over a month ago, the $85MM financing did not include the holder-controlled floorless provisions and gave the company enough cash to take out the prior $15MM and $35MM financings and still have $35MM available for development, if they wanted to.

RE: <<<If Harken truly has that much working capital>>>

The $178MM working capital figure comes from their quarterly report published last week. Do you have documented reason to believe the figures they reported to the SEC are false?? If so, please clue us in.

Thanks.
