Farmer, I suppose Dave could float the Mill on the flood waters back to the coast, then float it back to the U.S., then return it to the original U.S. owner -- if it's still under warranty. The warranty, however, probably doesn't cover the big drop in the POG, nor foreign partners who don't honour their JV deals.
