Sure it would. At least that the spin off would possibly occur. I just wouldn't hold my breath waiting for it if I were you.

correct me if I am wrong but an SEC filing means that the co has registered with the SEC and has intention to issue shares publicly. It is by no mean any guarantee that the IPO is a 100% because the bottom line is the demand for the new issue out there. The underwriter can yank this dog any day if the blue sky resulted in luke warm responses.. My guess is the responses have been ice cold.

By the way, the 41 evaluators of the Gigmamux are by no way mean that they have 41 units of Gigmaux out there. The other scenario that was left out is it is the same Gigamux that been around for 9 months and passed on from one to anothers after one day of testing!!

If they have 41 units out there and they are hoping for millions each. Don't you think the lost for the last quarter and this quarter would have been bigger because the extra expenses to produce these Gigmamux units? The truth is a lot closer to the previous post that mentioned the possibility that the evaluators counted are merely people that answered a paper survey is they would buy one in a future if needed.
