Can you categorically state that the names of investors who sign-up on StockJustice won't find their way to the PennyPicks mailing or e-mail list?

I just checked this stock justice site today and was very surprised to see the penny picks relation. Is it possible that stock justice is just a place to draw disgruntled investors to think that some action is being taken, when in fact it is not. Is this possible?

Lionheart, I have a question. What assurances are you going to give everyone that the information they are sharing with Stock Justice isn't going to be used by Value Plus Marketing, and Pennypicks.com.

It would seem to me that there is a potential for abuse. The list of private information would give someone unscrupulous a pretty valuable list of names and info. After all these people have already been identified as having invested in a stock scheme that has gone, what looks like pretty close to belly up. An unscrupulous person might try to prey on these people again.

Since you seem to be a man of honour, what assurances can you give that this can't/won't happen? Or would this question have to be addressed to Mark Schellenberger?

Plenty of people? Go find 5 separate post from 5 separate people who ask me this. The ones I have seen I PM them "YES", and the ones you find and will answer.

Until SI makes a full thread search possible I'm not gonna bother. I do know, however, that I asked about PP at least three times. There was in fact a lengthy discussion about whether they might or might not be paid for their services to MTEI. I received no PMs from you. Little Engine also asked, much more recently. Did he get a PM? LE, you out there?

Value Plus has NO connection to MTEI other then featuring their stock. Penny Picks felt as though they where lied to over a period of time, and only after this time the stock goes over to Stock Justice.

Huh? The Pennypicks domain was set up on 6 June. The Stockjustice site was set up on 11 June. Did "Pennypicks", which is to say Lionheart, EXPECT to be lied to? And what else, exactly, does Value Plus do? Other than create websites whose sole purpose appears to be to "feature" MTEI? I notice that you work for a company called "Power Plus". Any connection?

Now when and only when the current and previous stockholders of MTEI are banning [sic: you mean "banding" and really should change that at the SJ site] together you seem to be challenging Stock Justice's intentions as if it is not on the better part of the shareholders.

Well. You characterize this as a "question" though it really isn't. What concerns me? I've already said I find it strange that you didn't see fit to reveal your connection to either site publicly. But here's the really IMPORTANT thing: Stockjustice asks shareholders to divulge quite a lot of personal information in order to qualify for whatever it is they're supposedly qualifying for. Sure there's a promise that this info will remain confidential.

But NOWHERE at this site is it revealed to WHOM this information is being sent. Presumably to Lionheart. Who is Lionheart, and what are his qualifications for organizing a class action?

Do I think there's something wrong with this? Yes.
