The 15%+ decline in rev is old news. It was disclosed in the June qtr results and is in no way surprising given all the other companies announcing poor sept qtr estimates.---- The AMAT/GS is timely info and i was not aware of it. My thanks to Ian in posting it.----I still think BRKS is way oversold at these levels.

I couldn't agree with you more. First on the potential litigation, it hasn't happened since 1993, so why now? And if now, what's the probability of success?

Re FarEast sales: If I remember correctly, BRKS hadn't made any significant sales into the FarEast as recently as 2-3 years ago. I personally find it encouraging that during the downturn, they're able to establish new customers that could very well be quite significant during the next upturn.

But now I'm straying from posting facts from the 10Q and posting my own mixture of opinion and hope.
