Thanks H. Peterson, for sharing this insightful link.

I can relate to the following statement by Mr. Tod Pauly, AKA "tonto" in cyberspace.

"That was the stock that made me decide that I would do anything I could to help innocent investors protect themselves," notes Pauly. Between his own five-figure investment loss and the death threats he received via the Internet (mainly from fellow investors who suspected that he was a short-seller trying to damage the stock with his revelations), GIFS was one of those defining life passages that many of us, frankly, hope to avoid."

HOW many times have we heard the statement when a stock is falling "it is the day traders" Hang on they will soon be gone. When in reality it most likely is someone or several knowing some truth others are not privy to bailing out?

Like Pauly, I have vowed to do all in my power to see others avoid loss and suffering. I have vowed to ask the questions that are not always welcomed by the company or it's officers or even other shareholders. Yes, I will undoubtedly get bashed for doing so, but to bash me is to expose themselves. Anyone NOT wanting to know all the facts is a fool.

It could be a big mistake to hastily sign any agreement with NHSA that has not been completely researched and all facts verified as to actual ownership of vessels and all other assets and aspects of the company. Who are the officers and directors? Where do they reside? Does SA mean South Argentina or South Africa? This was not stated to my knowledge. Surely, others here reading have the same questions and more besides.

Any company who encourages Internet involvement via, company threads; to the point of allowing and supporting promotion should have no problem having their business posted on the company thread. It is obvious Midland had no problem with all the "due diligence" provided mostly by just a few, being posted that created the euphoria, that fueled this stock. Therefore, there should be no problem posting or providing copies of any documentation that will verify any and all claims presented as fact.

As shareholders we have the right to know what is going on. We have no assurance that NHSA is not a feeble attempt to keep the hopes of the shareholders elevated. We only know what we are told; the content could be fact or fiction, or a dukes mixture.

Greece, is a long ways away...
