But isn't it a bit bizarre if Pennypicks screws up on their due diligence they then help the shareholders sue the public company? How about their own accountability?

If the pennypicks site was set up by the same people who screwed us all along, and then when they figured legal action would be taken they "directed" us to something called stock justice that would be so funny. (would add nicely to the upcoming book)
