I don't think anyone is looking for money out of this lawsuit..........a public lynching would be just fine. But, you are right about the money part, most likely a lawyer would have to be paid by someone to go after them if there are no traceable assets.

How do you know they have no money? Because Jack said so? Maybe he's just trying to discourage a lawsuit!

As for this Stock Justice/LionHeart issue, I don't know what to think. However, many firms can file class actions simultaneously. About a half dozen started suing Sunbeam a month or so ago.

My concern is that nobody is going to file. A post on the Raging Bull thread says that one Houston firm is taking action, but the poster doesn't say who or on whose behalf.
