Wonderful interview with JJ. Let's hope he's just getting warmed-up for the CC. When I read the interview and realize the scope of accomplishments he has successfully orchestrated during the last 9 months, I can see how he may have been distracted from giving his best performance in the last CC and on CNBC. ---- especially since that type of forum is not one of his naturally stronger personal characteristics.

But, in reading the VR piece I can't help but get a sense that he is locked in and loaded for BEAR between now and the next CC.

Wexler's best defense is the truth behind his statements. If he has the data to back-up his rantings, then he has TAVA right where he wants them. They go after him and he hammers them with the truth and gets a big public forum for exposing the hype/scam he has been expousing.

Then again, if he doesn't have the truth on his side to hammer them with,....... oh, my....... poor willie.

Karl, re:Jenkins. Jenkins statement: "One individual in particular has been posting information that is absolutely false ..." is hilarious!

In the CNBC interview, Mr. Jenkins stated "Our core business is thriving". This statement is "absolutely false". Jenkins acknowledges in his recent interview that TAVA's core business is declining! His comments on CNBC are a material misrepresentation of Tava's situation by the CEO on national television! And Jenkins is concerned about "false" information on the internet ... what a hypocrite!

Some of the damaging information (with regards to TAVA's stock price) are the analysts lowering their estimates, the revelation of declining sales in their core business, the revelation of poor CD sales, the horrible (and dilutive) terms of TAVA's new loan, and the disclosure of how PlantY2K One really works (as opposed to the propaganda from TAVA). Of course Jenkins cannot stop the TRUTH ... and the TRUTH will crush TAVA's stock price in the next 18 months!

I will be gone for awhile (final mountain climbing trip of the season) and will miss the quarterly report ... but IMO $0.04 is terrible.
Regards, Bill

Karl, I reread the Jenkins "interview". This interview does not match Jenkins speech patterns (very distinctive). Was this a written Q&A or possibly edited?
