I'm back!!!<g>
I see some revelation of news has been posted since
my absence. Details are now being discussed.
I noted the I as a part of the resume being copied
not as it being 'him'. (HK Boner) David's answer is the correct
answer.

I also caught the "Butch" that David pointed out. If everyone
knew all the "players" that are being discussed here, the picture
is relatively clear. IMO

I notice the 'hints' that are being posted back and forth. In
some ways I wish they would just "spill all the beans". But I
remember I did the same thing. I didn't want to reveal my
resources <ggg>, that's my reason. And, I wanted others to verify
my information themselves.

It's clear most don't know enough about
what is going on to make a good argument against HK Boner.
That may be to his advantage. If so, If I were in the same
circumstance, I'd keep the advantage.

I know, just as some of you do, the status of 'certain' "new
developments" that are shortly to become public knowledge.
I posted that I was going to 'report' on what I have 'found'
Well, as I found out information, there were "new developments"
that occurred the very day, I was ready to report. Therefore,
I held off on the information. It lost it's value and 'punch'.

Anyway, IMHO, if they were "all crooks anyway", which one should
you follow? <ggg> Seems like what some are asking me. One
that stuck with me was, "do you know any business person that
is squeaky clean?" <gg> Something to think about, the devil
made me do it comes to mind! <gg> I think the devil is in reality
the government!!! Oh well, enough of that.

I personally called Mr. Vonderheide, President of NatureNu Corp.
He told me the SEC has verified the value of SeaSoil. He also
informed me that SeaSoil had quite a bit of value and that there
was a 'limited' amount available. Of course, I will have to say
this is just my opinion of what he said. He signed the Field
Warehouse Receipt for the SeaSoil. I believe I already posted
some uses and values of SeaSoil on the thread week before last.

The rig availability argument. I found that I could get a rig
within two or three days, on the very site of the Envirotech
disposal well. I found out this information on Friday, Aug. 7th. ('98) TG can verify that info. Now, it can be argued
here that the rig availability was limited up until the very time
I called. I guess each will just have to determine for themselves
what they want to believe on that issue.

Who is David Smith? Who is HK Boner? Who is anyone who posts
on SI? Investors with their own agenda? I think I know who is
who. And I think the one's who's asking knows. This discussion
and transfer of info now is mostly to try to get the 'masses' to
choose sides. And that's good, I think each should have a open
mind if you really don't know who's who. You simply cannot
put anything into a closed container!

The above is JMO and take it with a grain of salt, or a large glass
of brine water, which ever.

Good Luck fellow CSMAer's!

Here is more information about Butch Ellenbecker:

I called up the original owner about the Sea Soil to find out what the true story is. He told me that Butch Ellenbecker did enter an agreement with him to purchase the Sea Soil. However, Butch Ellenbecker didn't pay for the Sea Soil and the contract was eventually revoked. The original owner told me unequivocally that he still owns the Sea Soil and that the Sea Soil was never transferred. At no time did Butch Ellenbecker, LPSL, or CSMA own the Sea Soil. Is this perfectly clear?

Others can verify this. Now, is there anyone who believes that CSMA shouldn't get back their 7,500,000 shares for Sea Soil they never received?

HK Boner / Butch Ellenbecker, you asked for this, you wanted to have the SI thread be trial and jury about this matter and you are about to get your wish.

More to come...

David
