Malko, I disagree with U that PNLK would wanted to trade on OTC to have their stock available cheap to us Versus following the IPO process. IMO It is privilege for any company to start trading as IPO on NASDAQ Versus a BB issue on OTC. However I agree with U that it certainly be advantageous for us to buy at bargaining prices on OTC instead of chasing IPO price on NASDAQ. U have clearly stated advantages from our (Small Individual Investors) point of view. But that is not the point. The point is : What advantage does PNLK has trading on OTC vs IPO on NASDAQ ? I certainly don't think PNLK wants to do favours to us, small investors by trading on OTC.
Pl. read my post #1039. And perhaps U may know answers for those questions. Any comments ?
