Mr. Martin, Many OTC drug products do not require pre-approval by the FDA, this is what I have been stressing to the uncooperative Mr. Reece. AZNT's 'Touch of Nature' is a nutritional supplement and , therefore, does not require the FDA approval Mr. Reece keeps pounding. Your phraseology is also quite interesting Mr. Martin; "....AZNT as you can see has declared that they are exempt from regulation by the FDA." ........ All nutritional supplements are exempt Mr. Martin, including 'Touch of Nature', as well as many OTC drug products. Good Day RB
