Guys all the post are received, noted, read, printed, ect ect.... Everyone has posted some very good and very valid points. This probably my last post until Tuesday or Wednesday. We will be finishing up the BoD meetings hopefully tomorrow night. KAA

paul, re: Jack Arnold's previous activities. I think you're right. Even though some of the more "forgiving" shareholders have been willing to give him the benefit of the doubt(which I'm not sure is warranted), I for one have seen little to indicate sorrow, remorse, or anything of the sort on his part. He misled investors and squandered funds at our expense. If he has a shred of decency within his character he will put forth 110% to make up for his grave mistakes. So far I'm not convinced. I am however optimistic that with KAA and the other board members (who are for the most part an unknown variable) we may have the single most important requirement for a successful company - quality management. just my 1/20 share, gary
