Was he sure IYO?

I talked to Steve Vonderheide over 15 minutes on the specifics of the contract and ownership issue alone. I asked him direct, clear questions and his answers to me were also direct and clear. There is NO chance of a misinterpretation of what he said. Ellenbecker never paid for the Sea Soil and the contract was revoked. Mr. Vonderheide still owns the Sea Soil and that the Sea Soil was never transferred. At no time did Butch Ellenbecker, LPSL, or CSMA own the Sea Soil. How do I make this more clear?

I sent you a PM about your last paragraph. Don't worry, no harm at all about the questions.

David

KZAP - you say that Poole has a rig available now. This is the only company that met the "insurance requirements" of CSMA for the work to be done that would bring the well into compliance.

Why is there not a rig on location now, doing the work?

Could it be that there is no money? Maybe the money is being spent on homes, cars, and boats!

IMHO, I dont think that the well is worth anything. It is worthless.
