Brentsky, I take great offense by your insinuation that I have a "hidden" agenda and am "slapping" CyberTrader just to make another product look better... I don't know about you, but I am a professional trader and don't have time to play children's games (apparantly you do)... Additionally, you can rest assured that when it comes to technical issues I usually have my facts correct since I do have a degree in computer science. So no, I am not using CyberT (which you refer to as the lite version), and I am not using a previous version. And if you took time to read my previous posts, you would realize that I didn't say you couldn't execute an order with the market maker box open, I said that I personally liked the way that RealTick integrated their order entry into the market maker box. I ALSO SAID that in CyberTrader you can't have multiple order entry boxes open at once (which is correct), so that if you are monitoring more than one stock you can't get the order "ready" by entering the information into all the fields (bid/ask price, quantity, market maker preference) and just hit the execute button when the time is right... And here is a novel concept... I know that your school yard mentality interprets every piece of criticism as "trash talking" or in your words "slapping" someone else. But in the mature professional world, we actually give something called feedback.... It is what adults refer to as constructive criticism. The purpose of my previous post was actually two-fold: first, I wanted to document my experiences with CyberTrader so that it could be useful to potential traders who are considering using it as a trading platform, and secondly, I wanted to express to CyberCorp certain features that I felt could be improved upon. I am sure that if you asked Mr. Berber himself, he would tell you that they encourage their users to give feedback... That's why CyberTrader 1.6 Beta is called a "beta version" and we are called "beta testers." So next time, YOU get YOUR facts straight, understand what I am trying to say before you tell me that I am "wrong", and as a professional courtesy (if you really are a professional trader and not an amateur), never question a person's integrity just because you suspect they MAY have a hidden agenda. It only makes YOU look like an ass. After all, we should all want the same thing: the most comprehensive trading system available on the market. Both CyberTrader and RealTick each have features that are unique unto themselves... But personally, I could continue to daytrade using RealTick by itself.... and at this time I just can't say that about CyberTrader. That is my opinion and I am allowed to have one. If you disagree with my opinion, next time you should explain why in a professional, intelligent manner, and perhaps people will respect you more for it.
