Irby:
Would you please comment on a few scenarios in regards to any violations and what would have to be done to correct it or any alternative suggestions you may have. I hope I explain this right!

Two executions systems up on the screen. One for buying/selling with snet or island. The other as a soes short button.

Scenario 1:
Go long, the trade starts to turn against you and you want to reverse your position. So you place a sell on Isld or snet pref. A second later you hit the soes button. The short executes first.
What is the status of my account now? And, what is my status when the original sell order also executes moments later? How could these two be resolved if needed?

Second scenario:
Go long 500 shrs. The trade starts to turn and you sell 1000 shrs,(not short),with snet or isld. What is the status of my account and are there any violations?

Thanks,

Dominick
