Herm and list, I've tried to avoid 'using' your knowledge and expertise, but I need some help. I am looking at KM (Kmart) for CCing. Nice earnings report, but no kick from it and also not participating so far in the current rally. I also don't see any news coming out soon which would affect it. Vectorvest shows as overvalued. It looks as if it might start it's downward trend with volume starting to dry up and price easing down. However, it is still in the middle of BB and RS indicator does not look negative to me. So, has it peaked or is it just pausing before resuming an uptrend? I think the time is right to write ITM call now and load up on the cheap puts. Is it too early to make a decision on KM given the BB/RS readings? What are your thoughts? Always learning, KB

I'm reposting this since I didn't see any replies to my original message. Herm and list, I've lurked here since day 1, but never really done live CCing. Now that I'm ready to try it for real, I'm not sure about my judgment. I would appreciate some input from the list. I'm looking to CC Kmart (KM).
