To All: Bill Flanagan, guest host of Money Talk this weekend, has recommended plowing in only half of ear-tagged stock market funds into the market at this juncture. While Flanagan agrees that the current climate represents a buying opportunity, he is not pre- pared to jump in with both feet at this juncture in seeming contra- distinction to Brinker, who apparently is calling for buying all hallow to the exclusion of dollar cost averaging.
