For what its worth, I just talked to Mark Jablon, and he said basically that "the 3 year FOX deal is in the 'paperwork' stage". Upon further questioning for clarification, he said that what they have is a "basic agreement" in place, and I commented that it sounded like a matter of the lawyers getting paid enough before declaring it a done deal. He agreed, but said that "it might be a few weeks or a few months". He also said that they have an agreement with a "household name internet company" to do broadcasting over the net. They are sticking with their 2-3 dollar a share projection within the next 1-2 years, and said to look to reevaluate my position in October, implying, but not saying that exposure during the playoffs is still likely.
