Orin Hatch's opinion is rather "peculiar". If you or I drive at 75 mph instead of 55, I don't think that the court will let us scot-free if we ask for forgiveness in public. Well, he said they wouldn't impeach. But its pretty clear the Republicans are going to lead a censure motion, which will probably get passed. The Republicans will undoubted play this for all the political advantage that it is worth. Undoubtedly bad news for the Democrats.
