Well yes if you take the stance that we are in a bear mkt, then tomorrow we will see a relief rally as you say. But Im sure you agree that a bear mkt was not caused by this Clinton scandal - it is the result of other worldwide economic forces, in addition to some saturation in some technology mkts. But the Clinton thing added fuel to the fire, and it will be a small relief to the mkts for Clinton to come clean. Then we can get back to some real issues in Washington for a change, hopefully.
