Dear Ken,
When DCI was a shareholder of SMTK as this falls under the
class time frame we are automatically considered part of it. As best
as I can tell we were at the time 1% shareholders in SMTK at the time.
Still trying to determine if we as DCI shareholders may join in, but so
far it looks as though we are one step removed in that DCI is but we
are not. Any further info will be shared,,, All my best,,,, DP

KS,

We did not have a lot of volume today, 44000 shares, but at least the bid moved up .03 cents. After what we have been going through that is kind of like a major turn around. My best guess is about 17700 of sells and 26300 of buys. It could very well be the sellers won't go below the current price. That may be what the MM's believe as we have 4 of them on the bid including NSFC. We also have 4 on the ask. HRGZ is on both the bid and ask. To me that is a good sign as I have always felt they were the most legit of the MM's.

Best Regards
