Disagree. The question is not about whether or not he lied,
the question (from the market perspective), if there's potential
impact to the presidency and therefore a question of an
"UNCERTAINITY".

This is a vulenerable market and if Clinton would have to
step-down, it spells 'trouble' in short-term for the market,
or for other long-term investors like me, a lot of buying opportunity!!
