Inge, I won't let it die. I was just PM'd re: the thread on "Floorless Preferred Stock/Debenture" I'll be starting with post #1and will keep any further comments to that thread, UNLESS, some individual brings the issue back to this thread. Quality information is what you are looking for and I will attempt to ensure that is what I bring. There will be no allusions to mysterious cabals between management and shorters, no hyperbole, no casting aspersions, keep everything on the up and up. Keep it factual. I am not unwilling to call management. I like speaking with Chief Financial Officers. They are most willing to share legal information.
