Hi Frank, We talked about this way back, and the biggest problem I see is that Dr. D owns umteen centers personally and privately and just uses Fonar to support his personally owed centers which are probably very profitable. IMO he insures his own centers for say a 1 year maintenance contract with Fonar for $1M, but probably gives himself $2 or $3M worth of service bleeding fonar on a consistent Basis. It should be a conflict of interest and I don't know how he gets away with it but I really don't think Fonar will ever make any real money. Do you remember how many centers he owns? If I recall it was somewhere around 30 or so. Ken
