Like most of the claims made here for DGIV, I find that difficult to believe. In fact, there is no mention of DGIV in the press release from NMSS announcing their global IP telephony alliance with companies such the Japanese phone company NTT. If you don't believe me, look at the news stories for NMSS on the Nasdaq site, and look at that announcement.
