This was no surprise to tlab imo. I'm sure they have had transition teams working together for weeks.... Sales, accounting,product develop. etc. I am buying more Monday if stock is still under pressure.. see ya John

This deal has to be redone or totally called off. The drop in CIEN can not be ignored by large holders. As bad as TLAB wants this to happen, they are humming past the graveyard. My guess is that Tlab's gap's up in the morning by shorts that are very concerned that this deal is dead.
