I absolutely flooded both Sitra and Colins' e-mail box with
concerns and I sent them numerous pasting's of Monski's
posts. I did not have time to read any of the posts since this
morning so I don't know if anyone posted a similar message
from Scott. I feel very comfortable with his reply and will
continue to remain long. I think I will watch the Titanic show on
Discovery and catch up tomorrow. Here is Sitra's reply to my
concerns, please feel free to comment:

Thank you for you concern and passing the links to Mr.
Monski's posts
to us. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can immediately do
about
him, what he is saying, or his actions in general. What we
suggest
is for you and every other contributor to the Internet chat
forums
let the providers of said chat forums know about the unfounded

accusations, abusive and offensive language, death threats, etc.
I
can say I am very familiar with Mr. Monski and his behaviors
and know
he has been banned for life from many other chat forums for
this type
of behavior.

The options for the Company and the Smith's would be legal
action in
a court of law. This takes time before anything can happen.
However, Mr. Monski has been so kind as to provide us with
his
current mailing address and telephone numbers, so serving him
a
liable lawsuit would not be a difficult task, should Colin wish to
do
so.

Now, as far as his accusations, Colin did not declare
bankruptcy. I
verified this Friday. Colin's father was the one who declared
bankruptcy. But, the fact remains, it doesn't matter. Would it
matter if he got divorced? Got sued for some reason? No.
These
things do happen for various reasons and circumstances. The
SEC does
not care about personal bankruptcies, divorces, civil matters,
etc.
They only care about criminal offenses and securities fraud.

The exact number of shares outstanding is 8,363,000 with
approximately 3.3 million in the "float". There is no private
placement underway, nor is there plans to conduct a private
placement
in the works.

I hope this helps. If there is anything we can do, please feel free

to contact me.

Sincerely,

J. Scott Sitra
