(IVAC) 8 1/4: supplier of sputtering systems and related equipment used to manufacture thin-film disks for computer hard disk drives is warning that it expects a further decline in revenues for the second half of the year and has decided to reduce its work force; according to IVAC, one of its customers has requested delays in shipments and another customer has experienced delays in arranging financing;
