you are saying that the sb10 has to be approved by october 1st? or just that financials have to be listed on edgars by october 1? as for the reverse split, youre dreaming, i see a regular split before a reverse split, you are saying reverse because of share price, your are wrong again, i believe they will make an acq to get listed, and will have no problem getting a 4 dollar stock price on their own anyway. if you are saying that financials have to be listed on edgars by october 1, then you have a bet. macker
