I'm not sure what to do about vinf myself. There seem to be several convertible preferred issues outstanding plus the company did a reverse split back in April (I believe). It does seem to have an interesting (and real) product. So it's not a scam company. However, financial results suggest that management may not be totally competent. And StockGenie's involvement almost certainly indicates somebody's got some stock to move.
