I'm not sure what to do about vinf myself. There seem to be several convertible preferred issues outstanding plus the company did a reverse split back in April (I believe). It does seem to have an interesting (and real) product. So it's not a scam company. However, financial results suggest that management may not be totally competent. And StockGenie's involvement almost certainly indicates somebody's got some stock to move. There's also this interesting post on the Yahoo board: messages.yahoo.com@m2.yahoo.com
