I am certainly not a fan of Emile's. However, he has the right to his opinion no matter how much I don't like or agree with it. He got me to respond to his "interesting" point of view... something I haven't been sucked into in my 2 years here. I have chosen to ignore him from this point forward since he doesn't want to communicate .... he simply wants to pontificate. And I don't like (or tolerate) people who do that on stock-centric threads. A bigger concern should be whether he is truly libelous or slanderous. In the end, I find him scary. SK

kerry & anyone else who mistakenly sees this as a "freedom of speech " issue. i have really had it. all of you are so damn concerned about possibly abrogating another's "freedom of speech".... well, SNAP OUT OF IT!!. he is a manipulative zealot who has all but cowed all of you into the corner squealing "free speech, free speech..." C'MON. and, i suppose the regularly deleted posts at night are "protected speech", too. please, take the time to understand the real issues here.... and look up first amendment rights, protected speech & state action, for starters..... disgusted as i think about it more, randy
