david, i see the loss being equal or greater from ops this q. why? b/c pricing plunged about 40% from last q's asp. now, that is a lot of cost cutting. so much that it is impossible to accomplish ;-)

anyway, the latest dram scam has helped out mu - though i'm not sure they are above production cost even now. we are still below last q's asps even after this move, right?

you see, when asps fall faster than costs i think it is reasonable to expect losses to increase, not get cut in half as you assert.

in any case, the dram being held back will kill the market when unleashed again - just like the last 10 months. but, hey, play the upside bobs in the titanic ;-)

MU starts out bullish this morning.
Now testing Friday's high of 34 1/16

MU now turning bearish and tsting Friday's low

A MU low today would break an up trend line from Aug 11
and could cause sudden drop.
